Stephen is a University of Sydney graduate with a Bachelor of Education. He has 10 years experience in the recruitment industry with both publicly listed and private firms. Stephen has held several Executive Management roles including coverage of national teams. His market knowledge encompasses the finance industry to ‘C’ suite level and has worked with clients across a number of market sectors. Stephen joined Judd Farris in 2009 and is now the State Manager for Victoria.

Jules graduated in the UK with a honours degree in Social Science and a post graduate Diploma in International Business Administration. She worked for a well known global technical recruitment firm in London within their Civil Engineering team before making the move to a boutique Property & Construction agency where she helped launch their London office. Here she was entirely responsible for establishing and running of the Civil Engineering division. Jules joined Judd Farris Brisbane in 2008 and heads up the Civil Engineering and Mining & Resources divisions. Her clients have included international firms, regional and specialised businesses across private and public sector markets and she has capabilities across contingency, retained and Executive search recruitment solutions.

Adam Johnson joined Judd Farris from the UK, he started his career with 5 years in the Recruitment Market of which 3 were managerial roles, he then spent a further 5 years in the construction industry specialising in Structural Construction Systems representing Europe’s largest manufacturing companies. Adam has a solid knowledge across all build sectors, and a wealth of experience with project work from conception to delivery. Having dealt extensively with construction professionals from a project biased technical capacity, and now well entrenched in the QLD construction industry he combines his areas of expertise and manages the recruitment of construction professionals throughout QLD from the Brisbane office.

Prior to graduating from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Sports Science, Phil mixed academics and sport, playing cricket and hockey for Yorkshire and competed at English Schools Athletics. Following graduation at Durham he worked for 2 years’ in general recruitment before spending a year travelling the world in particular Australia. For 5 years’ Phil worked with Badenoch & Clark in Leeds recruiting contract and permanent lawyers. He was a regional top biller and earned an excellent reputation in North West England as a top contract and permanent consultant. He moved to Brisbane in 2008 with Judd Farris and recruits for Civil Engineering contractors in Queensland.

Soo Lynn relocated from the UK in 2008. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland and following several months travelling in Australia spent 5 years working in Events Management. She began her recruitment career in London working for Potensis recruiting for Civil Engineer Contractors prior to joining Judd Farris and now recruits for the Mining & Resources Division.
