Phil graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Sports Science and Business Management. He has over 9 years technical recruitment experience with Judd Farris and Badenoch & Clark, an international consultancy in the UK where he was a national top performer recruiting interim and permanent lawyers into a broad portfolio of clients from owner managed businesses to top tier international firms. He moved to Judd Farris in 2008 where he has developed a civil engineering client base across Queensland, NT and Internationally. Phil has progressed through the business to become State Manager of Queensland with the role of developing the business in the region.

Adam Johnson joined Judd Farris from the UK. He started his career with 5 years in the Recruitment market of which 3 were managerial roles, he then spent a further 5 years in the construction industry specialising in Structural Construction Systems representing Europe’s largest manufacturing companies. Adam has a solid knowledge across all build sectors, and a wealth of experience with project work from conception to delivery. Having dealt extensively with construction professionals from a project biased technical capacity, and now well entrenched in the QLD construction industry he combines his areas of expertise and manages the recruitment of construction professionals throughout QLD from the Brisbane office.

Soo Lynn relocated from the UK in 2008. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland and following several months travelling in Australia spent 5 years working in Events Management. She began her recruitment career in London working for Potensis recruiting for Civil Engineer Contractors prior to joining Judd Farris and now recruits for the Mining & Resources Division.

Eddie joined Judd Farris from the UK at the beginning of 2011, after spending 4 years recruiting interim and temporary executive level posts within the public sector across the North West of England. Following graduation from Durham University in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Geography, Eddie spent a short time within the advertising industry before moving into recruitment working for Badenoch & Clark in Leeds. Eddie is a keen soccer player and has represented his University and County at the sport. His responsibilities for Judd Farris are focused on recruiting temporary and permanent Property and Facilities Management professionals across Queensland from the Brisbane office.

Katy started her recruitment career in 2005 recruiting Support Services candidates on a temporary basis into blue chip clients across London, including high end PA’s, HR Managers, Secretaries, Administrators and Receptionists. Due to her success she was quickly promoted to Manager of the London and Crawley offices before joining Judd Farris London in 2006 . Katy established a name for herself in the UK based on trust, honesty and loyalty and she had the most repeat business with clients in the company. She was running a permanent and temporary Support Services desk covering all Property sectors before leaving the industry to have her son. She has since relocated with her family to QLD and has rejoined Judd Farris Brisbane in the Mining Division recruiting for leading Mining Houses, Consultancies and Contractors in Queensland and internationally.
