Simon has been with Judd Farris since 2011 and recruiting professional staff since 2001.
He is responsible for managing key accounts nationally and personally specialises in the recruitment of temporary/contract/interim staff in the Facilities Management sector. Typical appointments vary from senior level downwards with: service providers, landlords, tenants, government and managing agents, across the Facilities Management supply chain. This includes (but is not limited to) managers of: Engineering, Facility Operations, Space/Accommodation, Maintenance, Contracts, Sustainability, Projects (Transformation/Change, Fit Out, Minor /Capital Works), Business Development, Bids, Procurement also. Facilities Co-ordinators/Supervisors/Administrators, Estimators, Tender Co-Coordinators/Writers.
As part of his commitment and involvement in the industry, he holds a position on the Industry Advisory Council for RMIT's Building, Surveying & Property Services education program and has regularly featured as a guest speaker on the Property Services (Asset & Facilities Management) program since 2012.
Historically he has recruited across a number of professional staffing sectors including Finance, Pharmaceutical and IT, giving him a broad commercial view of business operations.
