Debbie has worked in recruitment since 2004. She is a Science graduate from the University of Liverpool and prior to coming to Australia, spent 2 years in recruitment in London. Debbie has a keen interest and knowledge of the property and construction industries and joined Judd Farris in early 2007, as a specialist in construction recruitment. Debbie has since transitioned through the business, recruiting to both the property and construction sectors, to her current role as State Manager of Victoria.

Louise Rowe is a market leading consultant in the recruitment and sourcing of Facilities Management professionals. She has over 12 years recruitment experience in this sector, with the last 9 years based in Melbourne. She was one of the initial founding members of Judd Farris in Melbourne when the office opened over 3 years ago.
Her approach is consultative, and she provides realistic, up-to-date market commentary which enables her clients to make an informed decision when recruiting. She currently heads up Judd Farris’ interim appointments division which provides quality, referenced checked professionals to assist during peaks in workload such as special projects and sick/maternity leave. Louise is a Melbourne committee member of the Facilities Management Association of Australia, and on a monthly basis organizes networking opportunities for Women in FM in Melbourne.
Luke joined the Judd Farris property team in early 2007. He is a graduate of Victoria University, where he gained a degree in Business Information Systems, and a degree in Arts, majoring in Communications and Professional Writing. Luke spent many years working for a leading Australian children’s cancer charity, establishing strong relationships with many key Melbourne figure heads. After taking his skills abroad, Luke returned from London, where he was recruiting for a leading UK recruiter in Financial Services,. Luke’s role with Judd Farris is to provide permanent and temporary staff solutions to companies in the property arena including retailers, corporate groups, landlords, agencies, consultancies and government bodies across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia & Perth. Luke has also been responsible for placing a number of key sales, marketing and finance professionals in the residential, retirement and retail sectors, on both a permanent and contract basis. Luke is wealth of industry knowledge, and is extremely well networked .
As part of his commitment and involvement in the property sector, Luke resides on the Future Directions committee which forms part of the Property Council of Australia. This committee supports and develops tomorrows property leaders.
Jenny graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in Graphic Design. She previously worked as a real estate agent prior to joining Judd Farris in 2007. Jenny initially specialized in the recruitment of facilities management professionals, before transferring her skills and expertise to the Property desk where she focused on permanent roles in development, investment, management, professional and real estate finance. Having transferred to our Melbourne office at the beginning of the year she now recruits in the development and property sector working with developers, consultancies, property agencies, small private developers, listed corporations and private landlords.

Tim is foreign language graduate from UK. Before moving to Australia, Tim recruited for a boutique agency in London for 8 years where he worked his way up to director level. Having married an Australian, Tim moved to Melbourne and in May 2008 he joined the engineering team of Judd Farris. He currently recruits engineering personnel with structural, surveying, land subdivision, geotechnical, environmental, traffic and transport experience. With extensive experience at bringing in new business he has a varied client base that ranges from well established international multi disciplinary consultancies through to the niche market smaller engineering firms and public sector organisations.

Belinda Miller is an experienced recruiter with specialist knowledge of the facilities management market. With a background in overseas property sales and over six years of facilities recruitment, Belinda brings technical understanding of the industry alongside a strong UK reputation and an open, honest sales approach, which enables her clients to make the right decision for their business. Matthew specializes in Permanent and Contract recruitment within the Construction sector covering Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. With several years of industry experience in an operational/project management capacity he has first-hand exposure to the industry. Recruiting from Executive level downwards, he offers exposure across the whole industry from contractors, property owners and service providers with particularly strong networks within the Commercial, Retail, HealthCare and Aged Care sectors.
Simon has nine years senior recruitment experience, gained primarily from the Accountancy and Finance sectors. In his most recent role with MWA, Simon was awarded Highest Regional Performer in the company’s annual awards in 2008 and 2009.
