Louise Rowe has worked in facilities management and property recruitment for over 9 years. Initially recruiting in the UK, she moved to Australia in 1999, holding a senior position within Hays Facilities Management which encompassed national account management and executive recruitment responsibilities. Areas of specialisation include Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations. Louise’s networks extend to both a local and national capacity due to her long-standing involvement in the industry and active participation as a Victorian committee member of the Facilities Management Association.

Olivia Rathgeber has recruited in the Melbourne Property market since 2002. Degree qualified with a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, Olivia has specialised in the recruitment of staff in development, funds management, asset management, investments analysis, agency, research and property consulting. Core clients have included listed and private developers, investors and advisors to investors, international property agents, shopping centre landlords and professional services firms. Debbie is a Science graduate from the University of Liverpool and prior to coming to Australia, spent 2 years in Financial Services recruitment with Joslin Rowe Associates in London. With family in the industry, Debbie has a keen interest and knowledge of the construction industry and joined Judd Farris as a specialist in construction recruitment, servicing clients in Victoria. Luke is a graduate of Victoria University, where he gained a degree in Business Information Systems, and a degree in Arts, majoring in Communications and Professional Writing. Luke spent many years working for a leading Australian children’s cancer charity, establishing strong relationships with many key Melbourne figure heads. After taking his skills abroad, Luke returned from London, where he was recruiting for a leading UK recruiter in Financial Services - Finance Professionals, placing Alternative Investment professionals. Having project managed some smaller projects, and with family in the Victorian building industry, Luke joined the Judd Farris team in early 2007 servicing the construction market. Now part of the Property Team, Luke’s focus is in providing services to the retailers, corporate groups, private landlords, consultancies and property agencies across Victoria.

Russell Locke has over ten years experience as a senior manager for a major international recruiter in both Australia and the UK. Since arriving in Australia in 2000 he has focused on many of the professional/technical areas of the construction and property lifecycle with a particular focus on the Architecture, Town Planning and Engineering sectors. He has worked with the whole gamut of clients from developers in-house teams, consultancies, contractors and public sector authorities, helping fill their staffing requirements through searches both locally, interstate and internationally. Within Judd Farris he is responsible for managing Melbourne’s technical team which incorporates Architecture, Planning and Engineering.

Ryan Purkiss has direct experience in the facilities management industry. After moving to London in 2002, he held an Engineering Supervisor’s role at a large business park running an in house maintenance team of 6 and 12 contracting companies. Chiswick Park was a new development that consisted of 6 multi level buildings and parklands with clients like Regus, Disney Studios and Discovery Channel. He is qualified electrically and also in refrigeration. Since returning to Melbourne in 2005 he has worked in recruitment specialising in Building Services and Facilities Management. He has proven experience of managing consultants specialising in Facilities Management, Property, Construction and Building Services Engineering Design. Ryan is also a committee member of Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.

He has recently returned from London where he spent 3 years as a senior consultant working for one the UK’s leading construction and engineering recruitment agencies. In this time Ben worked with high profile companies such as Bechtel, Network Rail, Balfour Beatty, BAA and London Underground providing staff in all areas of construction and engineering. Tim was born and educated in Coventry, UK. Before moving to Australia he recruited for a boutique agency in London for 8 years where he worked his way up to director level. Having married an Australian, they opted to create a life together in Melbourne Tim joined the technical team Judd Farris in May 2008. He currently recruits engineering personnel with structural, surveying, land subdivision, geotechnical, environmental, traffic and transport experience.
