Stephen is a University of Sydney graduate with a Bachelor of Education. He has 10 years experience in the recruitment industry with both publicly listed and private firms. Stephen has held several Executive Management roles including coverage of national teams. His market knowledge encompasses the finance industry to ‘C’ suite level and has worked with clients across a number of market sectors. Stephen joined Judd Farris in 2009 as the State Manager for Victoria and worked predominantly with the Property market across development sector. In December 2009, Stephen also took responsibility for the Queensland practice. In May 2010, Stephen was promoted to the role as Managing Director of Australia and now oversees the strategic growth of the business in the region.

Sean joined Judd Farris with the responsibility for building the recruitment practices across the Engineering, Facilities Management and Building Services sectors in NSW. After opening Judd Farris’ Brisbane office in October 2007, Sean now currently, as the Head of Queensland, has been entrusted with the management and growth of the Queensland business. Prior to Judd Farris, Sean spent a number of years at Hudson working within the Property and Construction sectors developing relationships and working for a suite of the nation’s leading owners and contractors.

Ben graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in 2005. After University, Ben coached soccer in America before retuning to England to start his professional sales and marketing career. He first worked for Kellogg’s as a Territory Development Manager in Central London and later went on to work as a Business Development Executive for BSkyB. He moved to Australia in 2007 and joined Judd Farris recruiting personnel within the Property Industry. He specializes in providing services to the retailers, corporate groups, private landlords, consultancies and property agencies across NSW.

Fiona graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing in 1999 and worked as a Registered Nurse in Sydney and London for four years. Upon returning to Sydney, Fiona began her career in recruitment working for Global Advantage, recruiting health care professionals within the private and public medical sectors. Prior to joining Judd Farris she was working for three years with a generalist agency recruiting permanent and temporary staff for global organizations. Fiona joined Judd Farris is 2008 and focuses on the permanent and contract recruitment of property professionals across retailers, corporate real estate and not for profit agencies.

After graduating on the Dean’s list from Bond University in 2001 with a Marketing and Management degree. Jordana then relocated to Sydney and landed her first professional role as a Communication and Marketing Executive with ThainaBox. Wanting to explore and seek a new challenge, she move to London to gain employment with the number one Executive Marketing Recruitment firm, EMR. With three years of overseas living and fantastic experience EMR it was time to return home. The next step was with iGroup, heading the Account Service division across advertising and marketing firms. She then made her final move to Judd Farris in mid 2008. Jordana works in the Property team with her focus specialising in Retail and Shopping Centres.

Dan graduated from The University of Bristol in 2000 with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Geoscience and further completed a Masters in European Real Estate at Kingston University in 2004. Following this he worked in London for both Chesterton and DTZ, during which time he became a qualified surveyor (MRICS). He has worked as a consultant to government departments, as well as a landlord and tenant surveyor and a valuer in the West End of London, working with institutional clients, banks and private investors. He moved to Australia in 2008 and worked for a year at DEXUS as a development analyst before returning to DTZ to work as a valuer in New Zealand in 2009. Now back in Sydney, Dan works within the Property Team providing services to retailers, corporate groups, private landlords, consultancies and property agencies in NSW.

Olivia Rathgeber has 8 years property recruitment experience in Australia. Olivia was part of the team to establish the Melbourne Judd Farris branch in 2002. After 4 years in our Melbourne business she has relocated to the Judd Farris Sydney office. Degree qualified with a Bachelor of Arts from Melbourne University, Olivia has specialised in the recruitment of staff in development, funds management, asset management, investments analysis, agency, research and property consulting. Her current role as National Account Manager is focused on managing our partnerships with key national customers in all the sectors serviced by Judd Farris. Olivia will handle senior mandates for these clients as required. Olivia also recruits in the funds management space, appointing staff to funds roles at all levels.

Prior to moving to Sydney, Alex provided staffing solutions for many leading builders in the North West of England recruiting their senior temporary and permanent Construction Managers, Surveyers, Planners, Land Buyers and Estimators within Construction, Commercial and Technical departments. Kimberley joined the Judd Farris team in 2006 to specialize in recruitment for the architecture, design and planning sector. Kimberley’s background lies firmly in property, with over nine years working predominantly in resort development across Australia, from Victoria to Northern QLD. Kimberley has extensive experience with some of the most prestigious and dynamic development companies in Australia. She has been instrumental in achieving excellent returns for these companies and their developments. Her role within the industry has included managing key relationships throughout the development, planning, marketing and sales process. Her move to Sydney from North QLD sees her working in the industry she enjoys, using her excellent communication skills to continue servicing an already strong client base.

Candice began her successful property career with Mirvac, a leading ASX listed integrated real estate group where she managed Advertising, PR & Marketing for residential developments in NSW. She then joined a major Global recruiter, focusing on developing the Engineering & Supply Chain division. Having succeeded in this capacity, she came to Judd Farris as a senior member of the team to head up Facilities Management recruitment in the Corporate and Owner space, securing new, and consolidating existing, business alliances and mentoring other consultants. Candice manages all middle and senior management appointments and has a strong network across the industry. She has become a prominent member of various industry bodies including Women in Facilities Management, the Facilities Management Association of Australia, Future Directions, Australian Property Institute, and the National Association for Women in Construction.
