Stephen is a University of Sydney graduate with a Bachelor of Education. He has 10 years experience in the recruitment industry with both publicly listed and private firms. Stephen has held several Executive Management roles including coverage of national teams. His market knowledge encompasses the finance industry to ‘C’ suite level and has worked with clients across a number of market sectors. Stephen joined Judd Farris in 2009 as the State Manager for Victoria and worked predominantly with the Property market across development sector. In December 2009, Stephen also took responsibility for the Queensland practice. In May 2010, Stephen was promoted to the role as Managing Director of Australia and now oversees the strategic growth of the business in the region.
Fiona graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing in 1999 and worked as a Registered Nurse in Sydney and London for four years. Upon returning to Sydney, Fiona began her career in recruitment working for Global Advantage, recruiting health care professionals within the private and public medical sectors. Prior to joining Judd Farris she was working for three years with a generalist agency recruiting permanent and temporary staff for global organizations. Fiona joined Judd Farris is 2008 and focuses on the permanent and contract recruitment of property professionals across retailers, corporate real estate and not for profit agencies.
Alex Stearman graduated in 2003 from Sheffield University with a BSc (hons) in Business Studies and Management and since has worked in recruitment specialising in the UK’s construction and house building market. Prior to moving to Sydney, Alex provided staffing solutions for many leading builders in the North West of England recruiting their senior temporary and permanent Construction Managers, Surveyers, Planners, Land Buyers and Estimators within Construction, Commercial and Technical departments. Alex moved to Australia in 2006 and has joined Judd Farris to work with the Construction team to provide recruitment services to the Building Construction Industry across NSW.
Geoff joined Judd Farris in late 2010 and specializes in recruitment across the Architecture, Design and Project Management sectors.
He has leveraged off his general knowledge of the Design market to form a solid network of local clients and candidates from Graduates through to Directors. Prior to joining Judd Farris he worked for Eden Brown in the UK where he was responsible for both permanent and contract recruitment within the Design field covering; Architecture, Interiors, Landscape, Urban Design, Project Management and Masterplanning.
Geoff works in collaboration with both high profile and boutique Consultancies across Australia, using his in depth understanding of the market, to help them achieve their short and long term goals. Geoff now heads the successful Judd Farris Design and PM Consultancy Division, helping the company’s growth in this sector.

At the conclusion of 2007, Matthew successfully completed a Bachelor of Commerce through Charles Sturt University.
