Katie graduated from a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economy) in 1995 and practiced as a property valuer in Sydney with Stanton Hillier Parker prior to entering property recruitment in 1999. Katie was one of the founding members of Judd Farris UK in 1999, specialising in the technical areas of Building Consultancy, Quantity Surveying and Project Management sectors. In late 2003 Katie returned to Sydney and launched the Judd Farris Australian operation in March 2004. Katie is still active across the Property desk which covers Institutions, Owners and Developers.
Oliver Redpath currently leads the company in the area institutional property. Oliver launched his recruitment career operating within the international search arena of investment banking from London. After a successful period in the UK Oliver joined TMP Hudson in Sydney, specialising in property finance and accounting. In 2004 Oliver launched Judd Farris Australia with Katie Ingram. Oliver has built relationships with many of the leading firms across NSW and Australia, and is now also responsible for the growth and management of the Asian business.
Nick Redpath graduated from Leicester with a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems. Following a spell as a professional rugby player he started working for Scotland’s largest independent recruitment consultancy specialising in the Construction and House Building sector. He joined Judd Farris in 2002 and was responsible for managing teams of consultants who operated in the Facilities Management, Construction, House Building and Architecture sectors. He moved to the Australian operation in 2005 and jointly manages the company with Oliver Redpath.
Clive Brown has specialised in property recruitment since 1996. Clive initially recruited across the disciplines of Building Consultancy and Project Management in London. Career progression saw Clive responsible for the ‘Property’ operations across London for a major Global Recruiter, covering ‘General Practice’, Quantity Surveying and Building Consultancy. In 2001 Clive launched, in earnest, the Property division for their Sydney operations. Areas of specialisation included Property/Asset Management, Valuations, Agency, Building Consultancy and Facilities Management. Clients ranged from the agents and owners to government bodies. Clive joined Judd Farris in 2004 and provides strategic recruitment solutions to the Commercial Property industry across Australasia. Clive is responsible for the company’s systems, policy & procedures and training & development across Australia and Asia.
Ben graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in 2005. After University, Ben coached soccer in America before retuning to England to start his professional sales and marketing career. He first worked for Kellogg’s as a Territory Development Manager in Central London and later went on to work as a Business Development Executive for BSkyB. He moved to Australia in 2007 and joined Judd Farris recruiting personnel within the Property Industry. He specializes in providing services to the retailers, corporate groups, private landlords, consultancies and property agencies across NSW.
Fiona graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing in 1999 and worked as a Registered Nurse in Sydney and London for four years. Upon returning to Sydney, Fiona began her career in recruitment working for Global Advantage, recruiting health care professionals within the private and public medical sectors. Prior to joining Judd Farris she was working for three years with a generalist agency recruiting permanent and temporary staff for global organizations. Fiona joined Judd Farris is 2008 and focuses on the permanent and contract recruitment of property professionals across retailers, corporate real estate and not for profit agencies.
Christel Baker specializes in recruiting contractor positions on the property desk within Judd Farris. Christel has a strong and diverse property background with 5 years experience in sales, marketing and operations management with McGrath Estate Agents. She has a Bachelor of Business with majors in Human Resources and Marketing and is currently studying for a Masters in Business. Christel’s strong people and communication skills combined with her knowledge and understanding of the property industry assist her in providing temporary resource solutions to all clientele including; Institutions, private owners, agencies, local, state and federal government organisations.
Jordana graduated from Bond University in 2001 with Bachelor of Commerce in Business and Marketing. She then relocated to Sydney and landed her first role as a Marketing Executive with ThainaBox Noodle Bar. After two years, Jordana then made the move to London working with The EMR Group, one of the leading executive marketing recruitment firms. After nearly three years in the UK, it was time to come home and build on her experience on home soil. She landed a role heading the Account Service division for the iGroup, before making her final move to Judd Farris in 2008. She now works in the Property team, with her focus specializing within the Institutions.
Tom graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc (hons) in criminology. Tom worked in the UK construction industry with small building companies before entering recruitment in 1999, joining the South West's most successful independent recruitment construction specialist. He progressed to branch manager and successfully initiated preferred supplier agreements with Bovis Lend Lease, the Kier Group, Lafarge Redland Aggregates Limited, Mowlem, Laing O'Rourke and Sir Robert McAlpine.
Tom currently holds a masters in recruitment from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

Before arriving in Sydney, Will worked for Badenoch & Clark recruiting senior contract staff for major multi-nationals within the Greater London region. Will works with major civil contractors focusing on site and office based technical staff in NSW, QLD and overseas.
Tom’s background is in the civil industry having worked on utilities as a Machine operator. He gained key skills in regards to the civil works which consisted of bulk earthworks up to 600,000m3 ,detailed works (bridge footings) pipeline water, gas and telecommunication road and sub divisional works to the value of $40M+. He joined Judd Farris in 2008 to recruit for the Civil Construction industry and has used his knowledge in the sector to successfully work on behalf of leading civil contractors.
Zoe comes from a strong property sales and development background, with sound experience gained while working for London's most successful real estate group. Here she has specialized in new developments, redevelopment and residential re-sales. Zoe has provided services to many leading private and blue chip development companies in site acquisitions and investment sales. Zoe originally moved to Australia in 2003 and joined Judd Farris in March 2006 to bolster Development Division, working along side company Director Nick Redpath.
Alex Stearman graduated in 2003 from Sheffield University with a BSc (hons) in Business Studies and Management and since has worked in recruitment specialising in the UK’s construction and house building market. Prior to moving to Sydney, Alex provided staffing solutions for many leading builders in the North West of England recruiting their senior temporary and permanent Construction Managers, Surveyers, Planners, Land Buyers and Estimators within Construction, Commercial and Technical departments. Alex moved to Australia in 2006 and has joined Judd Farris to work with the Construction team to provide recruitment services to the Building Construction Industry across NSW.
After completing a Bachelor of Science at the Queensland University of Technology, Aimee began her recruitment career with the Virgin Group Australia. In 2002 Aimee was transferred to the UK office to recruit for, and set up, an international transfer scheme between Virgin Australia and the UK. While in the UK, Aimee gained valuable property recruitment experience through her appointment to recruit for London’s leading real estate group- Foxtons. Having recently completed her studies in Project Management, Aimee now heads up the clientside and consultancy Project Management and Quantity Surveyor division at Judd Farris within the construction industry.
Rick graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Commerce in 2007. After a year of working in the leisure sector and travelling throughout Australia he settled in Sydney and started his recruitment career with Judd Farris in 2008. He is responsible for contract and interim positions for Building Contractors in NSW.
Kimberley joined the Judd Farris team in 2006 to specialize in recruitment for the architecture, design and planning sector. Kimberley’s background lies firmly in property, with over nine years working predominantly in resort development across Australia, from Victoria to Northern QLD. Kimberley has extensive experience with some of the most prestigious and dynamic development companies in Australia. She has been instrumental in achieving excellent returns for these companies and their developments. Her role within the industry has included managing key relationships throughout the development, planning, marketing and sales process. Her move to Sydney from North QLD sees her working in the industry she enjoys, using her excellent communication skills to continue servicing an already strong client base.

Candice began her successful property career with Mirvac, a leading ASX listed integrated real estate group where she managed Advertising, PR & Marketing for residential developments in NSW. Having succeeded in this capacity, she came to Judd Farris as a senior member of the team to head up Facilities Management recruitment in the Corporate and Owner space, securing new, and consolidating existing, business alliances and mentoring other consultants. Upon returning to Australia she started her recruitment career with Hudson Global recruiting permanent staff for major multi-nationals. Evan started his recruitment career in 2004 after completing a Business degree at the University of Canberra. David graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2002 with a BBS in Business Studies and Marketing. After college, David joined Cpl, Ireland's largest recruitment and HR Solutions organisation and worked as a senior consultant recruiting for major multi-nationals in Dublin city centre. In late 2006, after four years with Cpl he decided to move to Australia. He joined Hudson Global Resources and recruited for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients here in Sydney. David joined Judd Farris in Sept 08 to focus on the recruitment of contract and permanent positions across all facets of Facilities Management for government departments and local councils here in NSW.
Arabella graduated from the University of Sydney with a BA (Hons) with Majors in Politics & International Relations and History. After working in finance, Arabella joined Robert Walters, recruiting for the Banking and Finance industry, and then Property and Construction clients. She then moved to a boutique Australian search firm, recruiting for Corporate and Institutional Banking, Global Markets, Products and Banking Specialist positions. Arabella joined Judd Farris in 2007 to assist in the establishment of their finance division across the areas of Investment Banking, Debit/ Equity, Property Finance and Accountancy.

Matthew is the International Head of Judd Farris’s advertising and graphic design division. Matty joined Judd Farris in 2001 to strengthen external advertising and brand communication. Before Judd Farris Matthew worked for Fairfax in Sydney for 7 years prior to gaining international experience working for one the UK's top 10 Advertising Agencies representing clients such as LEGO Media, Sky Sports, Sky News, Virgin Megastores and L'oreal.
