Debbie has worked in recruitment since 2004. She is a Science graduate from the University of Liverpool and prior to coming to Australia, spent 2 years in recruitment in London. Debbie has a keen interest and knowledge of the property and construction industries and joined Judd Farris in early 2007, as a specialist in construction recruitment. Debbie has since transitioned through the business, recruiting to both the property and construction sectors, to her current role as State Manager of Victoria.

After graduating with Honours Degree in History and Sociology, Rob started his career with Adecco in 1999, as an industrial labour hire consultant, and progressed to become team leader within 12 months. As a Team Leader Rob was responsible for 5 consultants, managing in excess of 500 industrial temps. After gaining promotion to Branch Manager, Rob successfully established a new Adecco office in a previously untapped market. Rob became a Branch Manager for Enterprise Recruitment Services, specialising in infrastructure related projects, and was promoted to Divisional Manager within 12 months, successfully establishing new offices in Liverpool and Preston. In 2008 Rob moved across to Western Australia, to continue his career with Hays, specialising in the construction related recruitment. After successfully establishing a contract recruitment desk, Rob specialised in permanent recruitment, developing numerous relationships with clients through consistently matching their requirements. Rob joined Judd Farris in April 2011, and is looking to establish Judd Farris in Western Australia, and aim to be WA’s specialist recruiter of choice.

Adam joined Judd Farris from the UK. He started his career with 5 years in the Recruitment market of which 3 were managerial roles, he then spent a further 5 years in the construction industry specialising in Structural Construction Systems representing Europe’s largest manufacturing companies. Adam has a solid knowledge across all build sectors, and a wealth of experience with project work from conception to delivery. Having dealt extensively with construction professionals from a project biased technical capacity, and now well entrenched in the Australian construction industry he combines his areas of expertise and manages the recruitment of construction professionals throughout WA.

Alex Stearman graduated in 2003 from Sheffield University with a BSc (hons) in Business Studies and Management and since has worked in recruitment specialising in the UK’s construction and house building market. Prior to moving to Sydney, Alex provided staffing solutions for many leading builders in the North West of England recruiting their senior temporary and permanent Construction Managers, Surveyers, Planners, Land Buyers and Estimators within Construction, Commercial and Technical departments. Alex moved to Australia in 2006 and has joined Judd Farris to work with the Construction team to provide recruitment services to the Building Construction Industry across NSW.
